Years ago, I moved to Los Angeles in hopes of securing a career in show business and making my mark on the entertainment industry. I thought I had been everywhere and done everything culturally possible for someone who had resided in the Midwest.

After relocating to the West Coast, my eyes were opened to cultures and exquisite culinary cuisines that we, who were reared in states such as Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, never have had the opportunity to indulge in or experience.

Now I am excited about the chance to explore the unique food offerings Indiana has to share through the Indiana Foodways Alliance. I will let you know what I discover!
